益君康片在小儿急性胃肠炎治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Yijunkang Tablets in the Treatment of Children with Acute Gastroenteritis

目的探讨益君康片在小儿急性胃肠炎治疗中的临床应用疗效。方法使用随机划分原则将42例于2019年1—12月期间在该院接受治疗的小儿急性胃肠炎患儿分成两组,对照组和观察组,每组21例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加益君康片治疗,对比两组患儿治疗的临床效果,分析益君康片临床应用价值。结果观察组治疗的有效率明显高于对照组(95.24%vs 76.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.532,P<0.05);观察组主要临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.032、7.432、6.442、7.424,P<0.05);经过不同治疗,观察组每天大便次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.233、5.324,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组大便性状评分改善更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.522,4.432,P<0.05);经过治疗,两组患者的血清IL-2和CRP均明显改善,且观察组获得更加明显的改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.245、4.522,P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性胃肠炎患儿采用益君康片进行治疗可以显著提升治疗的临床疗效,减轻患儿的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yijunkang tablets in the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis. Methods Using the principle of randomization, 42 children with acute gastroenteritis who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group, each with 21 cases. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Yijunkang tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared and the clinical application value of Yijunkang tablets was analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.24% vs 76.19%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.532, P<0.05);the disappearance time of various clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.032, 7.432,6.442, 7.424, P<0.05);After different treatments, the observation group has significantly fewer stools per day than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.233, 5.324, P<0.05);treatment After that, the stool trait scores of the observation group improved more significantly, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(t =4.522, 4.432, P <0.05);after treatment, the serum IL-2 and CRP of the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group got more obvious improvement, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(t=8.245, 4.522,P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Yijunkang tablets for the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment and alleviate the pain of the children. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
