Classification and Characteristics of Human Papillomavirus Infection in Cervical Lesions

目的探究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈病变中的感染分型以及其具体特点情况,为上级医疗机构相关决策提供科学依据。方法以2018年1月—2019年12月2 000例17~65岁宫颈HPV筛查妇女为研究对象,对其HPV检出情况、宫颈癌患者的具体HPV亚型分布特点等情况分析。结果 HPV检测患者中,共计152例患者高危HPV检出阳性,141例患者出现相关的疾病,慢性宫颈炎患者检出率为68.09%,宫颈癌患者检出率为0.71%,CINⅠ期患者检出率为21.99%,CINⅡ~Ⅲ期患者检出率为92.20%;高危型HPV感染率为7.60%,其中多重感染者占比为14.47%,单一感染者占比为85.53%。多重高危HPV型感染患者中,共计检出HPV菌株213株,构成比前3位亚型为HPV52、16、58型;HPV感染分型主要为高危型,HPV感染者主要分布在17~25岁以及50~65岁的人群中。结论女性宫颈病变中,其HPV感染分型主要为高危型,宫颈癌患者是其主要的感染人群,HPV感染者主要分布在17~25岁以及50~65岁的人群中。

Objective To explore the classification of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in cervical lesions and its specific characteristics, so as to provide scientific basis for relevant decision-making of higher-level medical institutions. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 2 000 women aged 17-65 years of age who were screened for cervical HPV were used as the research objects to analyze their HPV detection status and the distribution characteristics of specific HPV subtypes of cervical cancer patients. Results Among the HPV test patients, a total of152 patients were tested positive for high-risk HPV, 141 patients had related diseases, the detection rate of chronic cervicitis patients was 68.09%, the detection rate of cervical cancer patients was 0.71%, and the CIN stage I patients’ detection rate was 21.99%, the detection rate of CIN II-III patients was 92.20%;the high-risk HPV infection rate was7.60%, of which multiple infections accounted for 14.47% and single infections accounted for 85.53%. Among patients with multiple high-risk HPV infections, a total of 213 HPV strains were detected, and the top three subtypes were HPV52, 16, and 58. Among the HPV infection types, mainly high-risk types, and HPV infections were mainly distributed in17-25 years old and 50-65 years old people. Conclusion Among female cervical lesions, the HPV infection types are mainly high-risk types. Cervical cancer patients are the main infected population. HPV infections are mainly distributed among 17-25 years old and 50-65 years old.
