术前短程辅助化疗与根治术联用对结肠癌患者长期疗效与不良反应的影响

Effect of Combined Use of Preoperative Short-term Adjuvant Chemotherapy and Radical Resection on Long-term Efficacy and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Colon Cancer

目的探讨术前短程辅助化疗与根治术联用对结肠癌患者长期疗效与不良反应的影响。方法于2017年4月—2018年4月选取60例结肠癌患者作研究对象,并按随机抽签法分组:对照组30例单纯实行根治性手术治疗,研究组30例则采取术前短程辅助化疗与根治术联用方案,比较两组患者长期疗效和不良反应发生率差异。结果①研究组患者手术时术后半年的ING4表达阳性率93.33%、96.67%均高于对照组63.33%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.954、9.017,P=0.005、0.003),术后28个月的复发率13.33%低于对照组43.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.648,P=0.010);②研究组患者的不良反应发生率20.00%与对照组23.33%相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.098,P=0.754)。结论术前短程辅助化疗与根治术联用对结肠癌患者长期疗效良好,且安全性较高,可借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of preoperative short-term adjuvant chemotherapy and radical mastectomy on the long-term efficacy and adverse reactions of patients with colon cancer. Methods From April2017 to April 2018, 60 patients with colon cancer were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method: 30 cases in the control group was treated with radical surgery alone,and 30 cases in the study group was a combination of preoperative short-term adjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery was used to compare the long-term efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results 1.The positive rate of ING4 expression in of patients in the study group was 93.33% after surgery and 96.67%after the six months,which were higher than the control group’s 63.33% and 66.67%, the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=7.954, 9.017, P=0.005, 0.003). The recurrence rate in the last 28 months was 13.33%,which was lower than that of the control group 43.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.648, P =0.010);2.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 20.00%,compared with 23.33% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.098, P=0.754). Conclusion The combination of preoperative short-term adjuvant chemotherapy and radical mastectomy has a good long-term curative effect in patients with colon cancer, and its safety is high, which can be used for reference.
