微型钛板治疗口腔颌面骨折的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨对于口腔颌面骨折患者实施微型钛板治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院收治的30例口腔颌面骨折患者为试验对象,收治时间在2016年1月—2019年12月期间,根据手术的治疗方法进行分组为观察组、对照组,每组15例,分别选择不锈钢板治疗、微型钛板治疗,并对比两组患者经治疗的临床效果、手术时长、颌面部位功能恢复正常时长、并发症发生情况以及随访恢复情况。结果观察组口腔颌面骨折患者经微型钛板治疗的总有效率是93.33%,明显高于对照组60.00%(χ^2=4.658,P=0.030),手术时长是(6.96±1.37)h、颌面部位功能恢复正常时长是(70.36±8.19)d,少于对照组(t=3.240、6.830,P=0.010);并发症发生率是6.67%,低于对照组(χ^2=4.660,P=0.030);随访恢复情况比较,观察组93.33%高于对照组60.00%,观察组更优(χ^2=4.658,P=0.030)。结论对于口腔颌面骨折患者实施微型钛板治疗效果显著,可提高临床效果,且具有较高的安全性。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mini-titanium plate treatment for patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures. Methods Thirty patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures admitted to the hospital were selected as the test subjects. They were admitted from January 2016 to December 2019. According to the surgical treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, each with 15 cases. Stainless steel plate treatment and micro-titanium plate treatment were selected respectively, and the clinical effect, operation time,maxillofacial function recovery time, complications and follow-up recovery of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group of oral and maxillofacial fracture patients treated with mini-titanium plate was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 60.00%(χ^2=4.660, P=0.030), the operation time was(6.96±1.37)h, maxillofacial part The length of time for the function to return to normal is(70.36±8.19) days,which is less than the control group(t=3.240, 6.830, P=0.010);the complication rate is 6.67%, which is lower than the control group(χ^2=4.660, P=0.030);Comparing the follow-up recovery, the observation group 93.33% was significantly higher than control group 60.00%, and the observation group was better(χ^2=4.658, P =0.031). Conclusion The implementation of mini-titanium plate treatment for patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures has a significant effect, can improve the clinical effect, and has high safety.
