摘要
目的对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患者采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法的治疗价值进行探究。方法选择该院于2018年6月—2019年5月收治的90例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为该次研究的纳入对象。按照随机数字表法分组,其中红霉素组45例患儿,阿奇霉素组45例患儿。采用红霉素序贯疗法对红霉素组予以治疗,采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法对阿奇霉素组予以治疗,分析并研究两组患儿在治疗后的临床效果。结果阿奇霉素组的总有效率95.6%显著高于红霉素组71.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.680,P<0.05);阿奇霉素组患儿的肺部湿啰音症状消失时间(4.0±2.4)d、发热症状消失时间(6.9±1.9)d、咳嗽症状消失时间(8.0±2.2)d少于红霉素组患儿的(7.4±1.5)、(9.7±1.8)、(12.1±1.9)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.725、3.044、3.268,P<0.05)。阿奇霉素组不良反应发生率(4.4%),低于红霉素组(22.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.154,P<0.05)。结论针对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿实施阿奇霉素序贯疗法进行治疗具有非常理想的效果,可以在较短时间内缓解患儿的症状,而且具有很高的用药安全性。
Objective To explore the therapeutic value of azithromycin sequential therapy in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in the hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into groups.Among them,there were 45 children in the erythromycin group and 45 children in the azithromycin group.The erythromycin group was treated with erythromycin sequential therapy,and the azithromycin group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups of children after treatment were analyzed and studied.Results The total effective rate of the azithromycin group was 95.6%significantly higher than that of the erythromycin group 71.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.680,P<0.05);the disappearance time of the pulmonary wet rales of children in the azithromycin group(4.0±2.4)d,fever symptom disappearance time(6.9±1.9)d,cough symptom disappearance time(8.0±2.2)d,less than the erythromycin group(7.4±1.5)d,(9.7±1.8)d,(12.1±1.9)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.725,3.044,3.268,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the azithromycin group(4.4%)was lower than that in the erythromycin group(22.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.154,P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential azithromycin therapy for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has a very ideal effect.It can relieve the symptoms of the children in a short period of time and has high drug safety.
