MRI在复杂性胫骨平台骨折中的诊治价值分析

Analysis of the Value of MRI in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的分析MRI在复杂性胫骨平台骨折中的诊治价值。方法收集2017年4月—2020年3月期间该院诊治的54例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者,术前所有患者均接受CT和MRI检查,参照手术检查结果,分析CT和MRI检查情况。结果MRI检查骨折部位、骨缺损、骨折移位、骨折粉碎显示清晰度评分与CT检查对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.168、0.537、0.576、1.218,P>0.05);CT检查分型符合率为75.93%,MRI检查分型符合率为96.30%,CT检查分型符合率显著低于MRI检查,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.351,P<0.05)。结论MRI与CT在复杂性胫骨平台骨折诊断中,图像清晰度和分辨度均较高,便于医生分型诊断;MRI有助于提升诊断准确率,减少误诊率,使患者尽早接受临床针对治疗,改善其预后。

Objective To analyze the value of MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods Collect 54 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2017 to March 2020.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations before surgery.The results of CT and MRI examinations were analyzed based on the results of the surgical examinations.Results MRI examination of fracture site,bone defect,fracture displacement,fracture comminution showed that the sharpness score was compared with CT examination,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.168,0.537,0.576,1.218,P>0.05);the coincidence rate of CT examination classification was 75.93%,the coincidence rate of MRI examination classification was 96.30%,the coincidence rate of CT examination classification was significantly lower than that of MRI examination,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=17.351,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of complex tibial plateau fractures,MRI and CT has high image clarity and resolution,which can facilitate doctors to type and diagnose,MRI is more helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,and enable patients to receive clinically targeted treatment as soon as possible.Its prognosis is worthy of promotion.
