多奈哌齐合并奥氮平治疗以精神行为症状首发的阿尔茨海默病患者的临床效果评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Effect of Donepezil Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease Patients with Psychobehavioral Symptoms First

目的在针对以精神行为症状首发的阿尔茨海默病患者进行治疗的过程中,分析多奈哌齐合并奥氮平治疗治疗的最终效果。方法随机选择该院2019年1—12月接诊的以精神行为症状首发的阿尔茨海默病患者58例为临床观察对象,将该次参与研究的患者平均分成两组,对照组患者只采用多奈哌齐药物进治疗,观察组患者采用多奈哌齐合并奥氮平的方式进行治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量以及认知能力评分。结果两组患者在接受一段时间的治疗后,从整体的角度来讲,患者的各方面能力都有所提升,但是,从提升的幅度来看,观察组患者的提升幅度整体大于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为89.66%,对照组的总有效率为79.41%,观察组患者的治疗有效率整体高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.268,P=0.017<0.05)。结论在针对以精神行为症状首发的阿尔茨海默病患者进行治疗的过程中,多奈哌齐合并奥氮平对于提升治疗有效率以及患者自身生活能力具有十分积极的现实意义。

Objective To analyze the final effect of donepezil combined with olanzapine in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease patients with psychobehavioral symptoms first. Methods Randomly select 58 patients with Alzheimer’s disease who had first-onset psycho-behavioral symptoms in the hospital from January to December 2019 as clinical observation objects. The patients participating in the study were divided into two groups, and control group was treated with donepezil only, and patients in the observation group were treated with donepezil combined with olanzapine. The treatment effect, quality of life and cognitive ability scores of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results After receiving treatment for a period of time, the two groups of patients had improved in all aspects of their abilities from an overall perspective. However, from the perspective of the extent of improvement, the observation group’s overall improvement of the patients was greater than the control group(P <0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.66%, and that of the control group was 79.41%. The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group as a whole, the difference in statistical results between groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.268, P=0.017<0.05). The difference in statistical results between groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The following conclusions can be drawn. During the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease patients with psychobehavioral symptoms, donepezil combined with olanzapine can improve the treatment efficiency and the patients themselves. Living ability has very positive practical significance.
