微生物形态学检验在感染性疾病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究对感染性疾病患者开展微生物形态学检验的作用。方法以该院2018年1月—2019年12月感染性疾病患者共120例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组60例由医生直接根据自身经验选择抗菌药物进行治疗,观察组60例在开展微生物形态学检验的基础上依照细菌种类、药敏试验结果选择抗菌药物进行治疗,比较两组结果。结果观察组接受抗感染治疗前轻度感染、中度感染、重度感染比重分别为13.33%、55.00%、31.67%,与对照组轻度感染、中度感染、重度感染比重15.00%、56.67%、28.33%差异无统计学意义(Z=0.159,P>0.05);观察组接受抗感染治疗2周后轻度感染、中度感染、重度感染比重分别为63.33%、35.00%、1.67%,均优于对照组33.33%、55.00%、11.67%,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.821,P<0.05)。结论对感染性疾病患者开展微生物形态学检验有助于更准确选择治疗中的抗菌药物,提升抗菌药物治疗有效性,可更明显减轻感染程度,帮助预后得到改善。 Objective To explore the role of microbial morphology testing in patients with infectious diseases. Methods A total of 120 patients with infectious diseases in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the control group were treated by doctors directly based on their own experience and 60 cases in the observation group based on the microbial morphology test, antibacterial drugs were selected for treatment according to the types of bacteria and the results of the drug sensitivity test, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results The proportions of mild infection, moderate infection, and severe infection in the observation group before anti-infection treatment were 13.33%, 5.00%, and 31.67%, respectively, which were 15.00%, 56.67%,28.33% of mild infection, moderate infection, and severe infection in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference(Z =0.159,P >0.05);after 2 weeks of anti-infection treatment in the observation group, the proportions of mild infection, moderate infection, and severe infection were 63.33%, 35.00%, 1.67%, all better than the control group by 33.33%, 55.00%, 11.67%,the difference was statistically significant(Z=4.821, P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out microbial morphology test on patients with infectious diseases can help to more accurately select antibacterial drugs in treatment, improve the effectiveness of antibacterial drugs, and can significantly reduce the degree of infection and help improve the prognosis.
