铝碳酸镁与埃索美拉唑联合治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Hydrotalcite and Esomeprazole in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的对铝碳酸镁与埃索美拉唑联合治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果分析。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月在该院治疗的60例胃食管反流病患者作为研究对象,通过掷骰子的方式分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用铝碳酸镁咀嚼片+莫沙必利+埃索美拉唑治疗,而对照组给予莫沙必利+埃索美拉唑治疗,对两组的治疗前后症状严重程度以及临床治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗前,两组临床症状严重程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胸骨后烧灼评分(0.62±0.11)分、烧心评分(0.89±0.13)分、反酸评分(0.66±0.05)分均比对照组低;观察组临床总有效率(90.00%)明显比对照组高,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.730、10.180、25.260,χ^2=4.810,P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁与埃索美拉唑联合治疗胃食管反流病能有效改善患者临床症状,治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of hydrotalcite and esomeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by rolling dice, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with hydrotalcite chewable tablets + mosapride + esomeprazole, while the control group was treated with mosapride +esomeprazole. The severity of symptoms before and after treatment and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the severity of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group’s retrosternal burn score(0.62±0.11)points, heartburn score(0.89±0.13)points, acid reflux scores(0.66±0.05)points were lower than those of the control group;the total clinical effective rate(90.00%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.730,10.180,25.260,χ^2=4.810,P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of hydrotalcite and esomeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with significant therapeutic effects.
