对比经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者展开治疗的效果

Comparison of the Effects of Transabdominal Myomectomy and Laparoscopic Myomectomy on Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探究在进行子宫肌瘤患者的子宫肌瘤剔除术时,选择经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术和腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果,分析其临床可用价值。方法将2017年4月—2019年6月作为研究时段,确认在其中存在资料登记的40例子宫肌瘤患者的个体资料,将患者一般资料录入Excel表格后,按照公式法进行两组均分,单组样本量设置为20。对照组患者应用经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,实验组患者则选择腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,对比两组患者的各项手术指标以及术后不良反应发生状况。结果实验组患者的手术时间相较于对照组患者略显延长,但对比组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而实验组患者的术中出血量、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在实验结果中,实验组患者并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组患者的55.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.231,P=0.002)。结论在对子宫肌瘤患者进行手术治疗时,选择腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,各项指标均能得到有效改善,患者的术后不良反应发生状况也能得到有效控制,具有较高的可应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of transabdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy when performing myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids, and analyze their clinical value. Methods The period from April 2017 to June 2019 was used as the study period, and the individual data of 40 patients with uterine fibroids registered in the data were confirmed. After entering the general data of the patients into the Excel table, the two groups were divided equally according to the formula method, the single group sample size was set to 20. Patients in the control group were treated with transabdominal myomectomy, and patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. The surgical indicators and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was slightly longer than that of the control group, but the difference between the control groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). In the experimental group,the blood loss, hospitalized time were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). In the experimental results, the complication rate of the experimental group was 10.00%, which was lower than 55.00% of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=9.231, P=0.002).Conclusion When performing surgical treatment on patients with uterine fibroids, choosing laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively improve all the indicators, and the patient’s postoperative adverse reactions can also be effectively controlled, with higher applicable value.
