“双循环”战略下中国纵向创新路径研究——基于Aghion和Howitt内生增长理论

Research on China's Vertical Innovation Path under the"Dual Circulation"Strategy——Based on Aghion and Howitt Endogenous Growth Theory

推动形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,关键在于转变中国经济增长模式,实现内涵型增长。基于内生增长理论来认识“双循环”,必须厘清内生增长理论两大脉络,即以Grossman和Helpman为代表人物的横向创新理论和以Aghion和Howitt为代表人物的纵向创新理论。中国以横向创新的经济增长的空间正在收窄,“双循环”新格局要求中国全面转向纵向创新的内生增长,据此阐述了纵向创新的理论内涵,并相应地提出了“双循环”下纵向创新的路径。

To accelerate the establishment of a new development pattern in which domestic eco⁃nomic cycle plays the leading role while the domestic and international dual circulation helps each other forward,the key is the transformation of China's economic growth model and the real⁃ization of connotative growth.To understand the"dual circulation"based on the endogenous growth theory,it is necessary to clarify the two main contexts of the endogenous growth theory,namely,the horizontal innovation theory represented by Grossman and Helpman and the vertical innovation theory represented by Aghion and Howitt.The space for China's economic growth through horizontal innovation is narrowing.The new"dual circulation"pattern requires China to fully shift to the endogenous growth of vertical innovation.This paper explained the theoretical connotation of vertical innovation,and came up with the path of vertical innovation based on the"dual circulation".
