Apply Blockchain Driven by Design to Epidemic Prevention and Control in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

充分利用粤港澳大湾区设计优势,以设计驱动区块链技术在疫情防控中的应用,即以信息设计创建基于区块链技术的疫情防控系统,以服务设计促使该系统高效运作,以设计教学科研力量对该系统加以完善,形成能持久有效应对新冠肺炎疫情或其他公共卫生威胁的防控机制。

This paper suggests that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should make full use of its design advantages and apply the blockchain technology driven by design in epidemic prevention and control,that is,to establish an epidemic prevention and control system based on blockchain technology with the help of information design,to promote the efficient operation of the system by service design,and to improve that system by design teaching and research,so as to form a prevention and control mechanism that can,in a lasting and effective manner,deal with situations such as the coronavirus global pandemic or other public health threats.
