临床路径教学法在儿科护理实习教学中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学法在儿科护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017年10月—2019年2月期间在该院儿科进行护理实习的实习生62名,按照所运用的带教方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组均31名实习生。对照组实习生给予传统儿科临床护理实习教学,观察组实习生则采取临床路径教学法进行护理实习教学。对比分析两组实习生的考试成绩和对临床护理教学法的满意度。结果相比对照组实习生,观察组实习生在实习结束后的各项考试考核中的成绩,均明显更高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组实习生,观察组实习生实习结束后的教学方法满意度,显著更高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径教学法开展儿科临床护理实习教学,能够显著提高护理实习教学质量,提高带教满意度,充分调动实习生的护理实习积极性,从而促使其各项护理实习成绩得到显著提高。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical path teaching method in pediatric nursing practice teaching.Methods Select 62 interns who were in the pediatrics department of the hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 for nursing internships.According to the teaching method used,they were scored into observation group and control group,with 31 interns in each group.The interns in the control group were given traditional pediatric clinical nursing practice teaching,and the interns in the observation group adopted the clinical path teaching method for nursing practice teaching.Compare and analyze the test scores of the two groups of interns and their satisfaction with clinical nursing teaching methods.Results Compared with the control interns,the observation group interns had significantly higher scores in the various examinations after the internship,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the interns in the control group,the satisfaction survey of the teaching method of the interns in the observation group after the internship was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the clinical path teaching method to carry out pediatric clinical nursing practice teaching can significantly improve the quality of nursing practice teaching,increase the satisfaction of teaching,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the interns for nursing practice,thereby promoting their various nursing practice results to be significantly improved.
