120急救呼救需求与院前急救资源配置对提高急诊呼救需求的效果分析

摘要 目的研究120急救呼救相关需求和院前急救有关资源科学配置对于促使急诊呼救需求提升的价值。方法对2017年1—12月、2018年1—12月120急救指挥中心调度数值实施项目分析,2018年1月开始,对120急救呼救相关需求和院前急救有关资源予以科学配置,分析2017年、2018年急诊呼救需求月份分布状况、急诊呼救需求时间段分布状况。结果2017年120急救指挥中心接到及处理电话131254次,呼救电话11158次,占据8.50%,有效电话接到及处理次数最少、最多月份依次为2月份、12月份,分别741次、1125次,一整年调度接警次数大概67.89次。2018年120急救指挥中心接到及处理电话153621次,呼救电话18563次,占据12.08%,有效电话接到及处理次数最少、最多月份依次为2月份、12月份,分别856次、1627次,一整年调度接警次数大概85.34次。2017年、2018年,急诊呼救需求量最少、最高时间段依次是4:00-6:00、16:00-22:00。结论急救指挥中心120急救呼救相关需求存在差异性时间分布特征,参考120急救呼救相关需求对院前急救有关资源实行科学配置有助于将急救指挥中心工作效率提升,有助于将120急救呼救相关需求予以充分满足。 Objective To study the value of 120 emergency calls related requirements and the scientific allocation of pre-hospital emergency resources to promote emergency calls.Methods From January to December 2017,from January to December 2018,the 120 first aid command center dispatch numerical implementation project analysis,starting from January 2018,the 120 first aid call for help related needs and pre-hospital first aid related resources,scientifically configured to analyze the monthly distribution of emergency call for help in 2017 and 2018,and the distribution of emergency call for help time period.Results In 2017,the 120 emergency command center received and processed 131254 calls,11158 calls for help,accounting for 8.50%.The number of effective calls received and processed was the least,and the highest month was February and December,741 and 1125 respectively.The number of dispatching and receiving alarms per year was about 67.89.In 2018,the 120 emergency command center received and processed 153621 calls,18563 calls for help,accounting for 12.08%.The number of effective calls received and processed was the least,and the most frequent month was February and December,856 and 1627 respectively,dispatched throughout the year of number of alarms received was about 85.34.In 2017 and 2018,the demand for emergency call for help was the least,and the highest time slot was 4:00-6:00 and 16:00-22:00 in the evening.Conclusion There were differences in the time distribution characteristics of the 120 emergency call-related requirements of the emergency command center.The scientific allocation of pre-hospital emergency resources with reference to the 120 emergency call-for-help requirements will help improve the work efficiency of the emergency command center and help to meet the 120 first-aid call related needs for help.
