摘要
目的分析肿瘤科临床护士工作压力源,并总结管理对策。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月该院肿瘤科18名临床护士作为研究组,选择同年该院其他内科18名护士作为对照组。通过不记名方法向两组护理人员发放工作倦怠感量表(MBI-GS)中文版与护士工作压力源量表进行调查。结果研究组去人格化、情感倦怠感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),个人成就感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作量与时间分配、护理专业与工作、工作环境与资源、患者护理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),管理与人际评分与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤科临床护士工作压力与职业倦怠十分严重,医院护理管理部门应采取针对性的解决措施,保证临床工作质量。
Objective To analyze the work pressure source of clinical nurses in the department of oncology and summarize the management strategies.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,18 clinical nurses in the oncology department of the hospital were selected as the research group,and 18 nurses from other internal medicine departments in the hospital in the same year were selected as the control group.The Chinese version of the MBI-GS and the Nurses’Work Stressor Scale were distributed to the two groups of nursing staff by anonymous method.Results The depersonalization and emotional burnout scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the personal achievement score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's workload and time allocation,nursing profession and work,work environment and resources,and patient care scores were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management and interpersonal scores were compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The work pressure and job burnout of clinical nurses in the department of oncology are very serious.The hospital nursing management department should take targeted measures to ensure the quality of clinical work.
