摘要
目的探讨人性化管理理念在神经内科护理管理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年5月期间51名护理人员和51例患者作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法,将护理人员划分A组(n=25,常规管理)和B组(n=26,人性化管理理念),比较两组护理质量评分、患者护理满意度。结果B组护理质量评分显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组患者护理满意度明显高于A组,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理管理中应用人性化管理理念,有助于提高护理质量,患者对护理工作非常满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of humanized management concept in neurology nursing management.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,51 nursing staff and 51 patients were selected as the research objects,and the random comprehensive balance method was used to divide the nursing staff into group A(n=25,routine management)and group B(n=26),Humanized management concept),compare the two groups of nursing quality scores,patient care satisfaction.Results The nursing quality score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A;the satisfaction of patients in group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management concepts in the nursing management of neurology can help improve the quality of nursing.The patients are very satisfied with the nursing work and are worthy of clinical promotion.
