医学科学项目管理中的风险问题及预防措施探析

Analysis of Risk Issues and Preventive Measures in Medical Science Project Management

目的探讨医学科学项目管理中的风险问题及其预防措施。方法选取2017年1—12月未实施项目管理之前在该院进行科研工作的60名医务人员作为该次的对照组,同时将2018年1—12月实施项目管理之后的相同科研工作人员作为研究组。对照组在进行医学项目时采用常规的管理管理方式,研究组则采用项目管理的实施方法。比较管理实施前后风险的发生情况。结果研究组实施项目管理后,科学态度不端正(11.7%)、科学动机不纯(15.0%)、科技评价不实(18.3%)以及经费管理不当(15.0%)的出现情况均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学科学中通过采用项目管理,能够促使科学态度不端正、科学动机不纯、科技评价不实以及经费管理不当等的出现情况显著减少,科学项目的实施质量得到有效保证。

Objective To discuss the risk problems and preventive measures in the management of medical science projects.Methods From January to December 2017,60 medical staff who conducted scientific research in the hospital before the implementation of project management were selected as the control group for this time,and at the same time,after the implementation of project management from January to December 2018 of the same scientific research staff as this research group.The control group adopts conventional management methods when conducting medical projects,while the research group adopts the implementation methods of project management.Compare the occurrence of risks before and after management implementation.Results After the implementation of project management,the research group had less scientific attitudes(11.7%),impure scientific motives(15.0%),false scientific(18.3%)and technological evaluations,and improper funding management(15.0%)than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the use of project management in medical sciences,it can significantly reduce the occurrence of scientific attitudes,impure scientific motives,false scientific and technological evaluations,and improper funding management.The implementation quality of scientific projects can be effectively guaranteed.
