品管圈在呼吸内科护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Nursing Quality Management of Respiratory Medicine

目的研究在呼吸内科护理质量管理中实行品管圈活动的临床应用效果,为提高护理管理质量提供可参考的临床依据。方法选取2018年来该院进行治疗的50例患者作为研究对象,实施常规的护理质量管理,选取2019年来该院进行治疗的50例患者作为研究对象,在护理质量管理中实施品管圈活动,然后对比实施前后护理管理的质量。结果实施后护理质量评分(专业护理能力、护理文书书写、病情动态掌握、护患沟通能力等护理质量指标评分)明显优于实施前,实施前后护理质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施品管圈活动前,患者对护理工作的满意度为80.0%,实施品管圈活动后,患者对护理工作的满意度为96.0%,实施前后患者对护理工作的满意度相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施品管圈活动前患者对自身疾病相关知识的知晓率为78.0%,实施品管圈活动后对自身疾病相关知识的知晓率为92.0%,实施前后患者对自身疾病相关知识的知晓率相对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈应用在呼吸内科护理质量管理中,能显著提升呼吸内科护理质量,提高护理人员对工作的满意程度,增强护理人员的专业能力。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of quality control circle activities in the nursing quality management of respiratory medicine,and to provide reference clinical basis for improving the quality of nursing management.Methods Select 50 patients treated in the hospital in 2018 as the research object,implement routine nursing quality management,select 50 patients treated in the hospital in 2019 as the research object,and implement quality control circle activities in the nursing quality management.Then compare the quality of nursing management before and after implementation.Results The nursing quality scores after implementation(professional nursing ability,nursing document writing,disease dynamic control,nurse-patient communication ability and other nursing quality index scores)were significantly better than the quality scores before implementation nursing,the difference in nursing quality score was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the implementation of the quality control circle activity,patients’satisfaction with nursing work was 80.0%.After the implementation of the quality control circle activity,patients’satisfaction with nursing work was 96.0%.Compared with the patients’satisfaction with nursing work before and after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after the implementation of the quality control circle,the awareness rate of patients about their own disease-related knowledge was 78.0%,and after the implementation of the quality control circle,the awareness rate of their own disease-related knowledge was 92.0%.The awareness rate of patients about their own disease-related knowledge before and after the implementation was relatively compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the nursing quality management of respiratory medicine can significantly improve the quality of respiratory medicine,improve the satisfaction of nurses with their work,and enhance the professional ability of nurses.
