护理风险管理在心血管内科护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Cardiovascular Medical Nursing

目的研究在心血管内科护理中应用护理风险管理的临床效果。方法以随机数字表法将2017年3月—2019年3月期间的50例心血管内科患者进行分组研究,每组25例,参照组使用常规护理管理,试验组使用护理风险管理,比较试验组与参照组护理情况。结果试验组心血管内科患者管理后不良事件发生率、风险管理情况、SDS评分、SAS评分与参照组比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与参照组心血管内科患者管理后SDS评分、SAS评分与管理前比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理应用在心血管内科护理中具有显著作用,能有效降低不良事件发生率,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理管理质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of applying nursing risk management in cardiovascular medical nursing.Methods In the form of a random number table,50 cardiovascular medical patients from March 2017 to March 2019 were studied in groups,25 cases in each group,the reference group used conventional nursing management,and the experimental group used nursing risk management.Compare the nursing status of the test group and the reference group.Results The incidence of adverse events,risk management,SDS score,SAS score of the experimental group of cardiovascular patients after management were compared with the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of SDS scores and SAS scores after management of cardiovascular patients in the experimental group and the reference group with those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in cardiovascular medical nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve patients'anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of nursing management.
