创优管理模式用于内分泌科护理中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Creating Excellent Management Model in Nursing of Endocrinology Department

目的分析创优管理模式用于内分泌科护理中的效果。方法选取该院内分泌科2018年1—12月收治的患者60例作为对照组未应用创优管理模式,另选取该院内分泌科2019年1—12月收治的患者60例作为干预组应用创优管理模式,对比两组护理管理效果。结果干预组护理人员专科操作技能、服务态度、专科知识学习能力、职责履行、问题解决能力、服务意识等评分明显高于对照组,而护理满意度98.33%也明显高于对照组88.33%,护理纠纷发生率0.00%明显低于对照组6.67%(P<0.05);与对照组生活管理评分、症状管理评分、信息管理评分和情绪管理评分相比,干预组均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论创优管理模式用于内分泌科护理中效果显著,可有效提高内分泌科护理质量,强化护理人员专业水平,能加深患者对护理工作的认可,减少护理纠纷事件。

Objective To analyze the effect of the excellent management model used in endocrinology nursing.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in this hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 60 patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in this hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the intervention group.Create an excellent management model and compare the nursing management effects of the two groups.Results The scores of nurses in the intervention group on specialized operating skills,service attitude,specialized knowledge learning ability,duty performance,problem solving ability,and service awareness were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the nursing satisfaction rate of 98.33%was also significantly higher than that of the control group 88.33%.The incidence of disputes at 0.00%was significantly lower than the control group 6.67%(P<0.05);compared with the control group’s life management score,symptom management score,information management score and emotional management score,the intervention group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The excellent management model used in endocrinology nursing has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the nursing quality of the endocrinology department,strengthen the professional level of nursing staff,deepen patients'recognition of nursing work,and reduce nursing disputes.
