细节护理管理在儿科门诊输液中的应用效果分析

Observation on the Application Effect of Detailed Nursing Management in Pediatric Outpatient Infusion

目的探究细节护理管理在儿科门诊输液中的应用价值。方法选取该院2019年1—12月的门诊输液患儿102例为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),对照组予常规护理管理,研究组予细节护理管理,对门诊护理工作进行分析,实施细节护理管理举措:开展细节小组管理自查模式,对护理人员的工作质量、护理满意度进行检测,优化护理人员输液的整体流程,比较两组门诊护士护理满意度、护理质量差异。结果研究组护理主动性、心理支持、护理技能、健康教育均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理投诉率、不良事件发生率、护理纠纷率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科输液门诊中予以细节护理管理,可显著降低不良事件的发生率等,提升护理服务质量,显著改善护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the application value analysis of detailed nursing management in pediatric outpatient infusion.Methods A total of 102 children with infusion in the hospital’s outpatient department from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a study group(n=51)and a control group(n=51).The control group was given routine care management,and the study group was given detailed care management.Analyze outpatient nursing work and implement detailed nursing management measures:carry out a detailed group management self-examination model,test the work quality and nursing satisfaction of nursing staff,optimize the overall process of nursing staff infusion,compare the two groups of outpatient nurses’nursing satisfaction,and differences in the quality of care.Results The nursing initiative,psychological support,nursing skills,and health education of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing complaint rate,adverse event rate,and nursing disputes rates in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing management in pediatric infusion clinics can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the quality of nursing services,and significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
