6S管理方法在骨科优质护理服务示范病房创建中的应用效果

Application Effect of 6S Management Method in the Establishment of High-quality Orthopedic Nursing Service Demonstration Ward

目的探讨骨科优质护理服务示范病房创建过程采用6S管理方法的临床效果。方法以该院2019年1—6月骨科收治78例患者为对照组,以2019年7—12月骨科收治82例患者为研究组。对照组患者接受常规护理管理,研究组患者接受6S管理方法管理。对比分析两组患者管理后护理质量与对护理满意程度情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者骨科基础护理、病区环境、护理安全以及护理文书评测分值居更高水平(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组患者护理满意度经评定评分居更高水平(P<0.05)。结论骨科优质护理服务示范病房创建过程中结合6S管理法开展干预,可提高护理工作质量,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of 6S management methods used in the process of establishing a model ward for orthopedic quality nursing services.Methods A control group was established with 78 patients admitted to the orthopedics department in the hospital from January to June 2019,and a study group of 82 patients admitted to the orthopedics department from July to December 2019.Patients in the control group received routine nursing management,and patients in the study group received 6S management method management.The quality of care and the degree of satisfaction with care after management of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the evaluation scores of basic orthopedic nursing,ward environment,nursing safety and nursing documents of the study group were at a higher level(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was evaluated at a higher level(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the 6S management method to carry out intervention during the establishment of the high-quality orthopedic nursing service demonstration ward can improve the quality of nursing work and improve patient satisfaction.
