摘要
目的探究护生主导的多形式教学查房在头颈内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月于该院头颈内科实习的80名护生,随机分成参考组和实验组,各40名。参考组实施常规护理带教,实验组实施以护生主导的多形式教学查房教学方式,对比两组护生考核成绩、查房教学质量及护生满意度。结果实验组考核成绩理论基础、临床操作、护患沟通和人文关怀评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组各项查房教学质量高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护生满意度97.50%高于参照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头颈内科应用护生主导的多形式教学查房护理带教,可有效提高护生护理能力和满意度,改善查房教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-modal teaching rounds led by nursing students in head and neck internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods A total of 80 nursing students who had practiced in the Department of Head and Neck Internal Medicine in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group,each with 40 people.The reference group implements conventional nursing teaching,and the experimental group implements a multi-form teaching method of ward rounds led by nursing students.The assessment results,the quality of ward rounds and the satisfaction of nursing students are compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group’s assessment scores on theoretical basis,clinical operation,nurse-patient communication,and humanistic care scores were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the quality of all rounds in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The student satisfaction rate was 97.50%higher than that of the reference group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the Department of Head and Neck Internal Medicine,the application of nursing students-led multi-modal teaching for ward rounds can effectively improve the nursing ability and satisfaction of nursing students and improve the quality of ward rounds.
