PBL教学法结合微信教学在皮肤性病学见习教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法结合微信教学在皮肤性病学见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择桂林医学院2016级预防医学本科的见习生124名,根据随机数字表法,将124名分为观察组及对照组,每组62名,对照组见习生给予PBL教学法,观察组给予PBL教学法结合微信教学法,对比两组见习生的理论成绩及两组见习生的调查问卷结果。结果观察组见习生的病例分析、专业基础理论成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组见习生的知识理解力、提高见习生积极性及自主性、临床思维能力培养、分析解决问题能力、有利于活跃课堂气氛、沟通交流能力、今后教学中是否继续使用率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法结合微信教学可提高皮肤性病学见习教学的教学效果,可用于临床教学中。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method combined with WeChat teaching in dermatology probationary teaching.Methods 124 trainees of 2016 undergraduate preventive medicine of Guilin Medical College were selected.According to the random number table method,124 people were divided into observation group and control group,with 62 people in each group.Control group trainees were given PBL teaching method,observation group PBL teaching method combined with WeChat teaching method was given to compare the theoretical performance of the two groups of trainees and the results of the questionnaires of the two groups of trainees.Results The case analysis and professional basic theoretical performance of the trainees in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge comprehension of the trainees in the observation group,the improvement of their enthusiasm and autonomy,the training of clinical thinking ability,the ability to analyze and solve problems,the ability to activate the classroom atmosphere,the ability to communicate,and whether the continued use rate in future teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with WeChat teaching can improve the teaching effect of dermatology probationary teaching and can be used in clinical teaching.
