新冠肺炎疫情期间黑龙江省农业科学院的农技推广与农民培训路径分析

Analysis of Agricultural Technology Extension and Farmer Training Paths of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences During COVID-19 Epidemic

随着农技推广与农民培训的不断深入,农民的自身素质和农技水平得到普遍提高,为黑龙江省粮食产区总产量实现十六连增和农民增收提供了重要保障。在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,改变了很多人的生活方式,不聚集,少接触,不添乱成为重要原则。但农时不能等,种植者对新技术、新方法和新信息的渴望不能等。通过传统的科技下乡、现场指导和一对一帮扶等方式,进行面对面农技推广与农民培训的方法已行不通。创新农技推广与农民培训新方法尤为迫切。在此背景下,黑龙江省农业科学院构建了“互联网+广电+农业科技服务”的农业信息化网络综合服务平台,集成专家在线服务、科普宣传、新成果新技术推广、农情发布以及农业大数据采集分析等元素于一体,实现农技推广与农民培训的多平台互动。

With the deepening of agricultural technology popularization and farmer training,farmers’quality and agricultural technology level have been generally improved,which provides an important guarantee for the total output of grain producing areas in Heilongjiang Province to achieve crop yield 16 consecutive increases and farmers to increase their production and income.The impact of the COVID-19(coronavirus disease 2019)epidemic has changed the lifestyle of many people live.No gathering,little contact,no disruption is an important principle.But the farming season cannot wait,nor the grower's hunger for new technologies,new methods,and new information.It is no longer feasible to carry out face to face agricultural technology promotion or farmer training through the traditional ways of science and technology going to the countryside,on-site guidance and one-to-one assistance.It is particularly urgent to innovate new methods of agricultural technology extension and farmer training.A case study of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,to build the‘Internet,agricultural science and technology service of radio,film and television’agricultural information network integrated services platform,integrated experts online service,popular science propaganda,new achievements and new technology promotion,agricultural situation publish,the agricultural big data collection and analysis into an organic whole,realized the agricultural technology and farmers training multi-platform interactive.
