基于FMI的平整机装备综合特性研究

摘要 平整机装备由机械、控制、液压等多个子系统构成,彼此交叉耦合作用,确定了装备性能。传统单领域仿真,将复杂系统解耦,忽略了各子系统之间的关联,使得仿真结果的置信度降低。研究了基于FMI的ABAQUS与MATLAB的联合仿真,充分考虑了各子系统自身的特性以及相互间的耦合作用,对平整机性能进行了模拟并与现场测试进行了对比。对比结果表明,该技很好地适用于用于复杂装备的性能分析,对设计有很好的指导作用,能大幅降低复杂装备设计的实验成本及样机试制风险。 Skin pass mill is composed of mechanical,control,hydraulic and other subsystems,which are cross coupled to determine the equipment performance. The traditional single domain simulation decouples the complex system ignores the correlation between the subsystems. As a result,it definitely reduce the relibility of the simulation results. The co-simulation of ABAQUS and Matlab based on FMI technology is studied,fully considering the characteristics of each subsystem and the coupling between different subsystems,analyzes the performance of the equipment system of the skin pass mill and compares it with the field test results. The results show that the simulation technology can be well applied to the performance analysis of complex equipment,has a good guiding role in the design,and can greatly reduce the experimental cost of complex equipment design and the risk of prototype trial production.
