一起节能器氧腐蚀原因分析及防腐措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对某SZS锅炉在运行过程中出现节能器受热面管氧腐蚀的案例进行分析,从溶解氧浓度、水温、p H值、水流速等几个影响金属氧腐蚀速度的因素进行分析,提出除氧不彻底、外加较高的工作温度是造成该节能器氧腐蚀的主要因素,并提出一级节能器上部受热面管子弯曲部位是锅炉最易受氧腐蚀的部位。最后从锅炉设计、运行、保养等方面提出了防止节能器氧腐蚀应从控制给水溶解氧浓度,控制一级节能器受热面、水流速,一级节能器受热面管采用ND钢,做好停炉保养等几方面入手。 Based on the analysis of the case where an SZS boiler is exposed to oxygen corrosion on the heating surface of the economizer during operation,it analyzes several factors that affect the metal oxygen corrosion rate,such as dissolved oxygen concentration,water temperature,p H value,and water flow rate. Halfway deoxygenation and high working temperature is the main factor causing the oxygen corrosion of the economizer,and it is proposed that the curved part of the heating surface tube of the upper part of the first economizer is the most vulnerable part of the boiler to oxygen corrosion. Finally,from the aspects of boiler design,operation,and maintenance,it is proposed that the prevention of oxygen corrosion of the economizer should be controlled from the dissolved oxygen concentration in the feed water,the heating surface and the water flow rate of the first economizer,as well as the tube material of the first economizer and preservation.
