宫内刨削系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨宫内刨削系统与传统的等离子双极电切系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法回顾分析分别使用宫内刨削系统、等离子双极电切系统治疗的103例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料。并对采用2种治疗方式患者的手术时间、术中灌流液使用量、术后粘连的发生率等进行比较。结果与刨削组相比,电切组平均手术时间更长,术中灌流液使用量更多,术后粘连的发生率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在术中子宫穿孔、术后复发率方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫内刨削系统治疗子宫内膜息肉较等离子电切系统更安全、快捷,疗效更好。 Objective To evaluate the use of intrauterine shaving system and traditional plasma bipolar electrotomy system in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 103 endometrial polyp patients treated by shaving system(the shaving group)and plasma bipolar electrotomy(the electromy group)were enrolled and their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Both groups were compared for the duration of operation,the use of perfusion fluid and the incidence of postoperative adhesion.Results Compared with the shaving group,the electromy group presented remarkable increases in the average duration of operation,the amount of perfusion fluid used and the incidence of postoperative adhesion(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of intraoperative uterine perforation and postoperative recurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Intrauterine shaving system is safer and faster in the treatment of endometrial polyps,with better effectiveness,compared with plasma electrotomy system.
