河南乡村旅游扶贫发展基础、困境及对策研究

Research on the Foundation,Predicament and Countermeasures of Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Development in Henan Province

在产业扶贫的大背景下,乡村旅游扶贫成为助力脱贫攻坚的重要手段和举措,对于促进贫困地区经济增长具有重要现实意义。河南省贫困人口数量庞大,同时拥有丰富的自然文化资源和不断增长的消费需求,实施乡村旅游扶贫势在必行。基于此,分析河南省乡村旅游扶贫发展面临的现实困境,主要包括:人才短缺、意识薄弱、管理混乱、产品同质,最后提出创新发展模式、提升综合素质、注重实际扶贫效果、凝聚核心竞争力等具体对策建议。

Under the background of industrial poverty alleviation,rural tourism poverty alleviation has become an important means and measure to help poverty alleviation,which is of great practical significance for promoting economic growth in poor areas.Henan province has a large number of poor people,as well as rich natural and cultural resources and increasing consumer demand,so the implementation of rural tourism poverty alleviation is imperative.Based on this,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by poverty alleviation development of rural tourism in Henan Province,mainly including shortage of talents,weak consciousness,disordered management and homogeneous products,and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions,such as innovating development mode,improving comprehensive quality,paying attention to practical poverty alleviation effect and concentrating core competitiveness.
