摘要 【目的】分析玉米自交系的光周期敏感性,为提高我国玉米种质利用效率及扩宽种质基础提供参考依据。【方法】开展14份纯合玉米自交系短日照和长日照环境栽培试验,分析其与光周期反应相关的6个表型性状差异,评价其光周期敏感性。【结果】14份玉米自交系在短日照和长日照条件下未加代处理和加代处理对其表型性状的影响均不明显;加代处理14份玉米自交系的光周期反应敏感程度排序为GRL7204>D001>GRL513>GRL584>GRL7349>GRL315>GRL62491>X868>GRL7341>GRL737>GRL54>GRL31>PH6WC>PH4CV。【结论】不同纯合玉米自交系对光周期反应的敏感程度不同,同一血缘种质含有不同光周期的反应类型;在长日照条件下未加代处理和加代处理对其光周期反应的敏感性无明显影响。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to analyze the photoperiod sensitivity of maize inbred lines for improving the utilization efficiency and broaden the scope of maize germplasm resources.【Method】The photoperiod sensitivity of 14 inbred lines were evaluated in shortday and long-day environments,the differences of 6 phenotypic traits related to photoperiodic response were analyzed to evaluate its photoperiodic sensitivity.【Result】There was no obvious difference observed in the phenotypic traits of 14 maize inbred lines between generationadding and non-generation adding treatments.The photoperiodic sensitivity of 14 maize inbred lines with generation-adding were ranked as:GRL7204>D001>GRL513>GRL584>GRL7349>GRL315>GRL62491>X868>GRL7341>GRL737>GRL54>GRL31>PH6WC>PH4CV.【Conclusion】Homozygous maize inbred lines show different degrees of sensitivity to photoperiod response.There are different types of photoperiod sensitivity in the germplasm with the same consanguinity.There was no obvious difference in photoperiod sensitivity of maize inbred lines generation-adding under long-day treatment compared to non-generation-adding.
