摘要
【目的】研究微生物菌剂对植烟土壤酚酸含量和微生物丰度的影响,为连作障碍植烟土壤修复及生产优质烟叶提供理论依据。【方法】以烤烟品种“云烟87”为材料,通过田间试验,检测施用微生物菌剂对烤烟根际土壤对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、丁香酸、4-香豆酸、阿魏酸含量、微生物数量及烤烟生长发育的影响。【结果】与对照相比,施用微生物菌剂能够显著降低土壤中酚酸含量,降低幅度为19.16%~74.83%;微生物菌剂的施用不同程度增加了根际土壤微生物的数量,根际土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量分别比对照增加44.02%~78.19%、108.70%~128.26%、156.45%~158.06%,土壤微生物数量与酚酸含量呈显著负相关。微生物菌剂处理下烟株生物量显著高于对照组,比对照增加11.62%~26.99%。【结论】施用微生物菌剂能够有效提高土壤微生物丰度,降低根际土壤酚酸类物质含量,对根系土壤微生态环境起到了较好的调节作用,有效促进烟叶生长。
【Objective】The effect of microbial agent on soil phenolic acid contents and soil microbial population of tobacco-planted soils were discussed,which provided theoretical basis for alleviating continuous cropping obstacles and producing high-quality tobacco.【Method】A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of three microbial agents on the content of P-hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillic acid,syringic acid,4-coumaric acid,ferulic acid,soil microbial population and tobacco growth using‘’Yunyan87’,a flue-cured tobacco cultivar,as material.【Result】The contents of five soil phenolic acids were decreased under microbial agent treatments,soil phenolic acid contents decreased by 19.16%-74.83%compared to water treatment.Microbial agent treatments increased the soil microbial populations,the amount of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were increased 44.02%-78.19%,108.70%-128.26%,and 156.45%-158.06%compared to water treatment,respectively.Soil phenolic acid contents were negatively correlated with the soil microbial population.The biomasses of microbial agent-treatment tobacco plants were 11.63%-26.99%higher than that of control plants.【Conclusion】Microbial agent treatments increased soil microbial populations,decreased the content of soil phenolic acids,these results suggested that microbial agent improved the microenvironment of tobacco-planted soil and improved the growth of tobacco plants.
