依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Effect of epalrestat combined with mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察依帕司他片联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,甲钴胺组(n=35)予以甲钴胺片,联合用药组(n=35)予以依帕司他片联合甲钴胺片,2组均治疗12周。观察用药前后患者神经系统症状及体征评分变化。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后神经系统症状及体征评分均显著改善(P<0.05),但与甲钴胺组比较,联合用药组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of epalrestat tablets combined with mecobalamin tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Mecobalamin group( n = 35)was given mecobalamin tablets,while combined group( n = 35) was treated with epalrestat tablets and mecobalamin tablets in combination,and both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument( MNSI) was used to observe the changes of neurological symptoms and signs before and after treatment. Results Compared with treatment before,the scores of symptoms and signs of nervous system after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved( P < 0. 05). Compared with mecobalamin group,the combined group improved more significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Epalrestat combined with mecobalamin is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
