发达国家社区青少年体育组织发展的经验及启示

Experience and Enlightenment of Community Youth Sports Organization Development in Developed Countries

对发达国家社区青少年体育组织的目标使命、资金来源、行动计划、组织运营和评估机制等方面的建设情况进行了分析。研究认为,发达国家社区青少年体育组织体系各具特色,但又有许多共同之处,发达国家特别重视整合各方面资源建设社区青少年体育组织体系,为青少年的体育参与和社会融合提供服务。对我国社区青少年体育组织建设的启示如下:确保社区青少年体育组织在管理中的主导地位;发展具有自主造血能力的社区青少年体育组织;加强承担主体之间的协作和联动发展;发挥俱乐部在学校-社区-家庭三元协同机制中的“枢纽”位置;建立合理的内部评估机制。

The paper analyzes the construction of community youth sports organizations in developed countries in the aspects of target mission,funding source,action plan,organization operation and evaluation mechanism.The study holds that the community youth sports organization system in developed countries has its own characteristics and there are many similarities.Developed countries pay special attention to the integration of all aspects of resources to build the community youth sports organization system and provide services for youth sports participation and social integration.The enlightenment to the construction of community youth sports organization in China includes to ensure the leading position of community youth sports organization in management,to develop community youth sports organization with independent developing ability,to strengthen the cooperation and linkage development between the undertaking subjects,give full play to the club's“hub”role in the school-community-family coordination mechanism and establish a reasonable internal evaluation mechanism.
