强化健康管理对高血压患者血压及生存质量的影响

Effect of intensive health management on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with hypertension

目的探讨强化健康管理对高血压患者血压及生存质量的影响。方法选取本院就诊的高血压患者107例,均给予1年的强化健康管理,比较强化健康管理前后的血压水平和生存质量。结果强化健康管理后高血压患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于健康管理前(P<0.05),强化健康管理后高血压患者心理、社会、环境、躯体、综合各领域评分均高于健康管理前(P<0.05)。结论强化健康管理应用于高血压患者中可有效控制其血压水平,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive health management on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with hypertension. Methods Totally 107 patients with hypertension were selected and conducted with intensive health management for one year. The blood pressure level and quality of life were compared before and after the implementation of intensive health management.Results After implementation of intensive health management,the levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were significantly lower than those before implementation of intensive health management (P < 0. 05),while the scores of psychology,society,environment,body and comprehensive score were significantly higher than those before implementation of intensive health management (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Intensive health management can control blood pressure level and improve quality of life in patients with hypertension.
