摘要
为解决柔性喂丝机均分盘分散烟丝不均匀、吸丝口易堵塞等问题,采用Solidworks Flow Simulation软件对均分盘分散烟丝效果进行CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)仿真分析,结合烟丝流场模拟数据提出两种改进方式,A型均分盘采用4条条状均分条,B型均分盘采用2条“S”形均分条,并将均分条长度缩短至250 mm,与均分盘半径相等。将A型、B型以及原装置均分盘分别安装在喂丝机上进行CFD分析和现场对比测试,结果表明:改进后采用B型均分盘整个流场内吸风风速均大于10 m/s,风速梯度变化明显,喂丝机送丝效果良好,避免了烟丝堵塞现象。该技术可为提高喂丝机的供丝能力提供支持。
In order to even cut tobacco distribution and avoid jam at tobacco inlet,the Solidworks Flow Simulation software was used to perform the CFD simulation analysis on the tobacco spreading effect of the equalizing plate in the flexible tobacco feeder.In combination with the simulation data of tobacco flow field,two modification methods were proposed.Type A featured four straight ribs and Type B featured two S-shaped ribs,and the length of the ribs was shortened to 250 mm,the radius of the plate.Type A,Type B and original plates were comparatively tested on the flexible tobacco feeders and CFD simulation analysis was carried out as well.The results showed that in the case of Type B plate,the suction air velocity in the entire flow field was higher than 10 m/s,the gradient of air velocity varied obviously,and the tobacco was conveyed fluently.This technology provides a technical support for promoting the feeding capacity of tobacco feeder.
