锂离子电容器负极/正极容量比的调控与性能 被引量:3

摘要 以商业化活性炭(AC)为正极材料,钛酸锂(LTO)为负极材料,通过“Z”型叠片方式制得LTO-AC锂离子电容器。考察负极/正极容量比(N/P比)对电容器电化学性能的影响。当N/P=0.95时,正、负极材料的利用率最好,电容器的比能量和比功率分别可达43.7 Wh/kg和2.2 kW/kg。化成曲线和dQ/dU曲线显示,此时锂离子电容器没有出现明显的电压平台,主要表现为电容特性。 By using commercial activated carbon(AC)as cathode material and lithium titannium oxide(LTO)as anode material,LTO-AC Li-ion capacitors were obtained by way of"Z"type laminate method.The effects of anode/cathode capacity ratio(N/P ratio)on the electrochemical performance of capacitors were studied.When N/P=0.95,the utilization rate of anode and cathode materials was optimal,the specific energy of the device reached 43.7 Wh/kg,the specific power reached 2.2 kW/kg.The curves of ultima formation and dQ/dUshowed that there was no obvious voltage platform for Li-ion capacitor at this time,which was mainly manifested by the capacitance characteristics.
