摘要 解析储能用锂离子电池标准IEC 62619∶2017《含碱性或其他非酸性电解质的锂蓄电池和锂蓄电池组工业用锂蓄电池和锂蓄电池组的安全性要求》和GB/T 36276-2018《电力储能用锂离子电池》在适用范围和项目设置上的差别。IEC 62619∶2017仅有安全性能测试,但测试范围拓展至电池管理系统的功能安全(系统保护功能测试),测试项目少但有深度;GB/T 36276-2018同时涵盖电性能和安全性能测试,测试要求更多结合了电力储能设备的使用环境(高温、高湿和高压)特点,测试项目覆盖面广,根据产品使用特性提供了针对性测试。热传导测试在其他锂离子电池标准中很少设置,失效风险大,须高度关注。 The difference of application scope and project setting between standards IEC 62619∶2017 Secondary Cells and Batteries Containing Alkaline or Other Non-Acid Electrolytes-Safety Requirements for Secondary Lithium Cells and Batteries,for Use in Industrial Applications and GB/T 36276-2018 Lithium Ion Battery for Electrical Energy Storage for energy storage Li-ion battery was analyzed.There were only safety performance tests set in IEC 62619∶2017,but the test scope was extended to safety test of battery management system functional(system protection function test),which had less but deeper test items.Both electrical performance and safety performance test were covered by GB/T 36276-2018,the testing requirements were more integrated with the operating environment characteristics(high temperature,high humidity and high voltage)of power energy storage equipment,which covered a wide area and provided targeted testing according to the product usage characteristics.The heat conduction test was rarely seen in other Li-ion battery standards,which had high risk of failure and needed a matter of great concern.
