摘要 目的:探索不同Er:YAG激光参数处理对ZrO2陶瓷与树脂粘接强度的影响。方法:ZrO2陶瓷样本88个(1.0 cm×1.0 cm×0.3 cm)分成11组,每组8个,分别为喷砂组(PS组,氧化铝颗粒均匀喷砂)、激光蚀刻J1~J9组(分别用100、100、100、200、200、200、300、300、300 mJ能量和70、120、300、70、120、300、70、120、300μs脉宽的激光处理)、空白对照组(K组,不处理)。测量样本表面粗糙度Ra值,每组选1个样本行扫描电子显微镜观察;制作77个树脂样本(直径4 mm,高3 mm),粘接树脂样本与ZrO2样本并包埋,测量剪切粘接强度。结果:PS、J1~J9组的Ra值均高于K组(P<0.05),脉宽300μs的各组(J3、J6、J9组)Ra值小于PS组,激光能量为200、300 mJ的各组(J4~J6、J7~J9)间Ra值随脉宽的增大而减小(P<0.05);J1~J9组样本表面呈现为晶体溶解的粗糙面;PS、J1~J9组的粘接强度值均高于K组(P<0.05),J3组粘接强度值低于PS组(P<0.05)。结论:Er:YAG激光蚀刻可提高树脂水门汀与ZrO2的粘接强度。 Aim:To explore the changing trend of the short-term bonding strength between resin and ZrO2 ceramics with Er:YAG laser treatment under different parameters.Methods:A total of 88 ZrO2 ceramic samples(1.0 cm×1.0 cm×0.3 cm)were randomly divided into 11 groups according to pretreatment methods,with 8 samples in each group,including sandblasting group(PS group),laser etching groups(J1-J9 groups),and blank control group(K group).We measured the surface roughness Ra value of the samples,and selected one sample randomly from each group for scan electron microscope observation after pretreatment,and then made 77 resin cylinders(4 mm in diameter and 3 mm in height);the cylinders were bonded and embedded to the ZrO2 samples;the shear bond strength was measured.Results:The Ra value of the PS group and the J1-J9 groups was higher than that of the K group(P<0.05).The Ra value of J3,J6,J9 groups with pulse width of 300μs were lower than those of PS group;the Ra value of groups with laser energy of 200 and 300 mJ(J4-J6、J7-J9 groups)decreased with the increase of pulse width(P<0.05);the surface of samples in J1-J9 groups presented rough surface of crystal dissolution;the bonding strength of PS,J1-J9 groups was higher than that of K group(P<0.05),and that of J3 group was lower than that of PS group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Er:YAG laser etching can improve the bonding strength between resin cement and ZrO2.
