内镜超声在胆囊疾病诊断中的应用

The role of endoscopic ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder diseases

近年来内镜超声在胆囊疾病的诊断中起着越来越重要的作用。超声内镜可提供高分辨率图像,提高胆囊息肉样病变和微小结石的诊断水平,并可用于评估胆囊壁增厚和胆囊癌分期。超声造影虽然有助于胆囊疾病的鉴别诊断,但其有效性的证据仍然有限,需要进行进一步的研究。除了检查胆囊壁增厚外,内镜超声引导下细针穿刺在胆囊肿瘤的组织学诊断中起着越来越重要的作用。本文就超声内镜在胆囊病变诊断中的作用作一综述。

Endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)has recently played an increasing role in the diagnosis of gallbladder diseases.EUS provides high-resolution images that can improve the diagnosis of gallbladder polypoid lesions and microlithiasis,in addition to evaluating gallbladder thickness and staging of gallbladder carcinoma.Contrast-enhancing agents may be useful for the differential diagnosis of gallbladder lesions,but the evidence of their effeCTiveness is still limited and further studies are required in this area to establish its usefulness.Endoscopic ultrasound combined with fine needle aspiration has played an increasing role in providing histological diagnosis of gallbladder tumors in addition to gallbladder thickening.This review aims to summarize the role of EUS in the diagnosis of gallbladder lesions.
