双源CT低剂量肺动脉CTA检查技术对肺动脉栓塞的诊断价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:对双源CT低剂量肺动脉CTA检查技术应用在肺动脉栓塞中的诊断价值进行调查。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年5月我院64例开展肺动脉CTA检查的疑似肺动脉栓塞患者为调查样本,随机分为对照组、观察组,两组人数相等。对照组患者给予常规管电压、常规剂量对比剂扫描,观察组给予低管电压、低剂量对比剂进行扫描,对两组患者肺动脉栓塞诊断结果进行比较。结果:两组患者疾病诊断准确率、敏感度、特异度统计均无差异(P>0.05)。两组均无评分为1分病例,对照组评分2~3分人数高于观察组,评分5分人数低于观察组,统计有差异(P<0.05),两组评分4分人数无差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者辐射剂量、图像对比信噪比、图像对比噪声比均低于对照组,统计有差异(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT低剂量肺动脉CTA检查技术能够达到常规扫描准确率,同时能够减少对比剂使用剂量。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-source CT low-dose pulmonary artery CTA in pulmonary embolism.Methods A total of 64 patients with suspeCTed pulmonary embolism who underwent pulmonary artery CTA examination in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were scanned with conventional tube voltage and conventional dose contrast agent,while patients in the observation group were scanned with low tube voltage and low dose contrast agent,and pulmonary embolism diagnosis results of patients in the two groups were compared.Results there was no statistical difference in disease diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no case with a score of 1 in both groups.The number of patients with a score of 2-3 in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,while the number of patients with a score of 5 was lower than that in the observation group,showing statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups with a score of 4(P>0.05).The radiation dose,image contrast signal-to-noise ratio and image contrast noise ratio of patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-source CT low-dose PULMONARY artery CTA can achieve conventional scanning accuracy and reduce the amount of contrast agent.
