低剂量螺旋CT筛查肺癌的诊断效能及价值分析

Diagnostic efficacy and value of low dose spiral CT in screening lung cancer

目的:探究低剂量螺旋CT对于肺癌筛查的诊断效能及应用价值分析。方法:选择我院在2018年1月—2020年6月在我院确诊的肺癌患者46例。对患者分别使用X线胸片检查和低剂量螺旋筛查,将低剂量螺旋CT结果设为观察组,X线胸片结果设为对照组。对比两种筛查方式的肺癌检出率。结果:对照组肺癌早期检出率为73.91%,整体检出率为82.61%。观察组早期检出率为91.3%,整体检出率为93.47%。以上数据对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对于早期肺癌的筛选中,低剂量螺旋CT可以有效得提升检出率,降低患者受到的辐射剂量,减轻患者身体受到的伤害,同时让患者能够得到及时救治,延长生存时间,值得在临床上进行推广。

Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy and application value of low-dose spiral CT in lung cancer screening.Methods 74 lung cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018-june 2020 were seleCTed.The patients were examined by X-ray chest film and low-dose spiral screening.The low-dose spiral CT results were set as the observation group,and the X-ray chest film results were set as the control group.The deteCTion rate of lung cancer was compared between the two screening methods.Results The early deteCTion rate of lung cancer in the control group was 73.91%,and the overall deteCTion rate was 82.61%.The early deteCTion rate of the observation group was 91.3%,and the overall deteCTion rate was 93.47%.The above data were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion In the screening of early lung cancer,low-dose spiral CT can effeCTively improve the deteCTion rate,so that patients can get timely treatment and prolong survival time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
