早期综合护理干预对手烧伤患者预后的影响

The Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Prognosis of hand Burn Patients

目的:探究早期综合护理对手烧伤患者焦虑抑郁、瘢痕和满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年7月笔者医院美容整形烧伤外科进行住院治疗的手烧伤患者共62例,随机分为两组,对照组及观察组各31例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予早期综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预后焦虑和抑郁情况、瘢痕严重程度、BSHS-2A评分以及治疗满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患者满意度为90.32%,对照组满意度为67.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者焦虑和抑郁情况、瘢痕质量以及BSHS-2A评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手部烧伤患者进行早期综合护理干预能有效提升治疗效果,降低瘢痕严重程度,恢复患者心理健康,提高患者的自理能力和生活质量,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe the effect on anxiety and depression situation,quality of scar and satisfaction in patients with hand burns using early comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods A total of 62 patients in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing only,and 31 patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing and early comprehensive nursing intervention.The score of BSHS-2A,anxiety and depression situation,quality of scar and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After early comprehensive nursing intervention,the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 90.32%,the control group was 67.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression,scar quality and bshs-2a in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with hand burns can improve the recovery of scar,restore patients'mental health and improve the ability of patients'self-care and working,which is worthy of clinical application.
