全流程精细化管理在FUE毛发移植围手术期护理的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole Process Fine Management in Perioperative Nursing of FUE Hair Transplantation

目的:探讨全流程精细化管理FUE毛发移植围手术期护理的应用效果。方法:回顾性收集笔者科室2017年10月-2018年9月门诊30例患者,围手术期采用人员责任制分配,优化手术过程,加强术中对毛发的管理力度和术后随访,术后总结分析经验,讨论运用全流程精细化管理对FUE毛发移植围手术期的影响。结果:本组30例患者,术后均随访6个月~1年,供发区生长良好,最终毛囊成活率均可达约95%以上,且外观自然,种植的头发与原生发浑然一体,医患双方对术后效果满意。结论:FUE毛发移植中应用全流程精细化管理,可提高就诊患者的舒适度及满意度,毛发生长自然,外形良好,越来越多的脱发患者获得了安全、满意的疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole process fine management of FUE hair transplantation perioperative nursing.Methods We retrospectively collected 30 patients from our department from October 2017 to September 2018.In the perioperative period,the personnel responsibility system is used to optimize the surgical process,strengthen the management of hair during the operation and follow-up after the operation.we summarize the analysis experience and discuss the impact of the use of whole process fine management on the perioperative operation of FUE technology hair transplant.Results All the 30 patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year.The hair supply area grew well.The final survival rate of hair follicles was more than 95%.The appearance was natural.The planted hair and the original hair were integrated.Both doctors and patients were satisfied with the postoperative effect.Conclusion The application of fine management in the whole process of FUE hair transplantation can improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.The hair grows naturally and has good appearance.More and more hair loss patients have obtained safe and satisfactory curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
