虚拟环境对健身者步行中身心状况的影响研究 被引量:2

Research on the Impact of Virtual Environment on Participants’Physical and Mental Condition during Treadmill Walking

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实技术构建的虚拟环境对健身者步行中身心状况的影响。方法结合表面肌电信号(sEMG)、Borg量表以及情绪量表(PAD),设计了一个基于虚拟现实技术的室内步行运动实验模型,并对10名受试者进行测试。结果表面肌电信号方面,受试者的胫骨前肌aEMG(MVC%)数据在真实环境下与虚拟环境下没有显著差异(P>0.05);在主观疲劳方面,受试者在虚拟环境下的的Borg主观疲劳指数显著降低(P<0.05)。情绪方面,受试者在虚拟环境下的PAD情绪数据在愉悦度、激活度以及优势度三个维度上均有显著提升(PP<0.05,PA<0.01,PD<0.01),但持续沉浸在虚拟环境中会降低虚拟环境对健身者情绪的影响程度。结论虚拟现实对健身者步行中的身心状况有一定影响,能在不影响健身者运动效果的情况下减少健身者的主观疲劳,并优化情绪。 Objective To probe the impact of virtual environment constructed by virtual reality on participants’physical and mental condition during treadmill walking.Methods The surface electromyography signal(sEMG),the Borg scale,and the PAD emotion scale were combined as a walking experimental model in this study.Ten participants were asked to walk for 15 minutes for two times in two environments respectively.Results The analysis showed that the virtual environment had little effect on the participant's surface EMG signal(P>0.05).In terms of subjective fatigue,the Borg subjective fatigue data of participants in virtual environment was reduce to a certain extent compared with the real environment(P<0.05).And in terms of PAD emotion scale,the three emotion dimensions of participants in the virtual environment are significantly different from those in the real environment(PP<0.05,PA<0.01,PD<0.01).Conclusion Virtual reality has a certain influence on participants’physical and mental condition during treadmill walking,which can reduce the subjective fatigue of participants and optimize their emotions without affecting the fitness effect of the participants.
