摘要 在齐齐哈尔当地采集样品,通过选择性培养基分离出21株具有产酸能力的细菌,经过革兰氏染色、过氧化氢酶试验和乳酸定性测定确定出乳酸菌9株。对分离到的9株乳酸菌进行耐酸及菌株生长曲线、产酸能力测定,筛选出1株适合发酵秸秆的优良乳酸菌,可将其制备成微生态制剂用于后续的秸秆发酵中。 21 strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated by the selective medium from natural samples in Qiqihar region.9 strains were preliminarily identified as lactic acid bacteria by gram staining,catalytic test and lactic acid detection.After 9 lactic acid bacteria strains were screened by resistence to hydrochloric acid,then the growth and acidogenicity of screened strains were determined.Finally,1 strain,which could be used for producing micro-ecological preparation for soybean straw fermentation,was screened successfully.
