一例猪圆环2型病毒的PCR检测鉴定

为了确定内蒙古通辽市某养猪户送检的疑似感染圆环病毒病死仔猪的死因。无菌采取肝脏、淋巴结和脾脏,进行病毒DNA的提取。PCR扩增胶回收,将回收DNA进行基因组测序。进化树结果分析分离毒株与序列号为KT819167.1(巴西株)毒株的亲源性达到99.99%与该毒株遗传距离最近,异性引物PCR法扩增出了目的条带。所有检测结果显示,该猪所感染的是猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)。

In order to determine the cause of death of piglets suspected to be infected with circovirus disease from a pig farmer in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia.The liver,lymph nodes and spleen were taken aseptically to extract virus DNA.The PCR amplification gel is recovered,and the recovered DNA is subjected to genome sequencing.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the isolated strain and the strain with the sequence number of KT819167.1(Brazil strain)reached 99.99%.The genetic distance between the strain and the strain was the closest.All the test results show that the pig was infected with Porcine Circovirus 2(PCV2).
