钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液用于围术期补液对内环境稳态影响的Meta分析

摘要 手术患者围术期由于术前禁食、手术创伤、麻醉、术中失血、失液、应激等因素,可引起水电解质的丢失和内环境的紊乱,如不及时处理可极大地增加手术风险。因此术中需要进行晶体液的补充以纠正细胞外液减少,减轻内环境紊乱状态。不同晶体液所含成分不同,对患者内环境的影响也有不同。本研究采用Meta分析方法,通过与临床常用晶体液乳酸钠林格注射液比较,系统评价钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液用于围术期液体治疗,对患者内环境稳态的影响,为钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液在围术期补液中的应用提供循证依据。
