某硫化矿铜精选作业工艺优化与实践

摘要 论述了某硫化矿铜精选流程的工艺流程的优化和各设备技术参数的调整。通过优化铜精选Ⅲ作业的中矿返回流程,优化Ф250 mm水力旋流器沉砂管管径,铜精矿产率增加了0.01%,作业回收率提高了27.46%,提高了铜精矿回收率。 It is discussed the optimization on process flow of copper concentration for one sulphide ore,and the adjustment of technology parameters of each equipment.The productive rate of copper concentrate is in creased by 0.01%,the operation recovery rate is increased by 27.46%,the recovery rate of copper concentrate is increased through the optimization of ore returning flow in copper concentrationⅢoperation,and the optimization on pipe diameter of sand sediment pipe of Ф250 mm hydrocyclone.
