摘要
以不同丝径的316L不锈钢纤维为研究对象,采用控制变量法分别研究了细丝径纤维和粗丝径纤维对不锈钢纤维烧结毡透气性能和过滤精度的影响。结果表明:纤维丝径越细,纤维相互搭接在一起形成孔的尺寸越小;不锈钢纤维烧结毡的透气性随纤维丝径的增大而增加,不论是细丝径还是粗丝径纤维;细丝径的纤维对不锈钢纤维烧结毡的最大孔径和过滤精度影响较大,而粗丝径的纤维对其影响甚微。
Taking 316L stainless steel fiber with the different diameter as the study object,the effect of fiber with filament diameter and large diameter on the gas permeability and filter fineness of stainless steel sintered felt is studied by control variable method separately.The results show:The smaller the fiber diameter,the smaller the size of the holes formed by overlapped fibers;the gas permeability of the stainless steel sintered felt is increased along with the increasing of fiber diameter,on matter it is filament diameter fiber or large diameter fiber;there is large effect of filament diameter fiber on the maximum pore diameter and filter fineness of stainless steel sintered felt,and there is little effect of large diameter fiber.
