离子色谱法同时测定助焊剂(膏)中的氟、氯、溴、碘离子

Simultaneous Determination on Fluorion, Chloridion, Bromine, Iodide Ion in Scaling Powder (Paste) by Ion Chromatography

采用离子色谱法测定助焊剂、助焊膏中氟(F-)、氯(Cl-)、溴(Br-)、碘(I-)离子的质量分数,对试样的分解、线性范围、标准回收、精密度和准确度等进行研究。结果表明:在(0.5~10)mg/L范围内,其离子浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9995、0.9999、0.9998,加标回收率在95.03%~104.03%之间,精密度分别为4.04%、1.77%、2.32%、1.56%,测定范围0.01%~2.00%。

The mass fraction of fluorion(F-),chloridion(Cl-),bromine(Br-),iodide(I-)ion in scaling powder,flux paste is determined by ion chromatography,and the study of the sample decomposition,the linearity range,the standard recovery,precision degree and accuracy degree is carried out.The results show:The ion concentration and the chromatographic peak area showed good linear relationship within the range of(0.5~10)mg/L,the correlation coefficients separately are 0.9998,0.9995,0.9999,0.9998,the adding standard recovery rate is in the range of 95.03%~104.03%,the precision degrees separately are 4.04%,1.77%,2.32%,1.56%,the measuring range is 0.01%~2.00%.
